OPPORTUNITY
MAGPUL IS KNOWN FOR INNOVATIVE, CREATIVE DESIGN SOLUTIONS IN THE RIFLE MAGAZINE INDUSTRY. THEY'RE ALSO KNOWN TO ANNOY THE ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SMARTER, MORE EFFICIENT AND EASIER TO USE.
The company prides itself on keeping everything in-house: advertising, marketing and sales. But after meeting Jackson, they decided to give us a shot at a product sales program at the NRA Show. The catch? We had less than 30 days.
IDEA
ALL HANDS ON DECK! ALL HANDS ON DECK! JACKSON GATHERED A SALES FORCE, INVENTORIED OVER 30,000 ITEMS AND PLANNED THE LOGISTICS: HOW TO FIT SIX PEOPLE, THREE POS KITS, 167 SKUS AND 15,000 ITEMS INTO A 10X20 TRADE SHOW SPACE.
We organized the inventory, trained ourselves on the products and managed the entire booth, including inventory.

Magpul broke all sales records. Jackson helped sell more than $80,000 in inventory. This included 3,650 Limited Edition PMAGs, 929 t-shirts, 396 phone cases, 271 patches and more, in only two days. Magpul was so thrilled, we've since managed their product sales programs across the country, including a NASCAR race and a 10-day Cheyenne Frontier Days event.
