CHALLENGE
Once every five years, NAPA Auto Parts brings together 20,000 store owners, employees and suppliers for a four-day extravaganza in Las Vegas, known as the NAPA EXPO. Jackson's client, NAPA Filters, is one of four key suppliers to NAPA Auto Parts and a key partner at the EXPO with a 100 X 100 booth. The challenge was to bring the NAPA Filters brand and product to life in a way that created buzz, provided education and drove sales among NAPA store owners.
SOLUTION
Jackson worked with NAPA Filters to design, develop and execute a show-stopping, interactive display at the NAPA EXPO. The strategy was to combine messaging around the NAPA Filters' brand, its products and its history, and to bring it to life in a booth that attracted busy attendees. Jackson designed and oversaw the build of a display structure that included new NAPA Filter brand messaging, sections for each of three core product lines, interactive games to attract attendees, three educational video areas and three display vehicles. We also created video assets for the three different displays, along with custom collateral for the EXPO. In addition, Jackson managed all logistics, including transportation, load-in, set up, vehicle cleaning, on-site booth management and maintenance, tear down and load-out.
RESULTS
The 2022 NAPA EXPO was a huge success for the company and NAPA Filters was one of the star exhibitors. Countless store owners made purchases on site, two 2022 Ford Mustangs were given away, attendees rated the NAPA Filters display the most fun booth at the EXPO, and the crowds were consistently engaged with activities. And, from a client perspective, the program was completed on time, on budget and made NAPA Filters at star in the NAPA Auto Parts universe.
